Our Benefits advice service is a lifeline for many of the families who call us.

Please help us to keep our vital Helpline open and offering this invaluable advice.

Every week 200 people call our Helpline, many in urgent need of vital advice about what benefits they might be entitled to claim.

For some of our families receiving these benefits can make the difference between financial hardship and a better quality of life. Soaring fuel and food costs have made a huge difference to the number of calls that we are receiving about benefits and more people are reliant on this vital service.

Many parents simply don’t know what they are entitled to…they aren’t aware that they could be receiving support from the time when their child reaches three months.

We are proud to say that we have an almost 100% success rate for DLA appeals, preparing detailed submissions with evidence and case law to support the claim.

Our advisors often form lifelong relationships with some of the families they support; from that first call when their baby is born and at other stages throughout their lives, being there whenever their circumstances change.

No benefits enquiry is too big or too small for us to be able to help.

The complicated nature of the benefits system means that all our Information Officers need to be highly trained, with regular updates as things change.

We receive no Government funding for this service.. we rely entirely on our supporters to keep the Helpline running.
