New parents’ day

Down's syndrome

We hold a New Parents’ Day each year where we invite all new parents who have just had a baby with Down’s syndrome to the Rosspark Hotel in Kells.

Our experts in Speech & Language, Physiotherapy and Makaton will be there, giving practical advice and information on practical activities to help your son or daughter with their development.

Our counsellors are there to help and listen to all parents on the day.

This is a great day for parents to meet and chat to other parents while our dedicated volunteers look after the babies.
