#SecretLifeOfUs – help support the campaign by sharing on social media

Today we launch the Secret Life of Us campaign and we need your support.

We are a proud member of the Disabled Children’s Partnership – a growing coalition of more than 45 charities that joined forces earlier this year to campaign for improved health and social care for disabled children, young people and their families.

Today marks an important milestone as we launch the Secret Life of Us campaign. Bringing to life the realities of the challenges disabled children, young people and their families face on a daily basis, in living a life many of us take for granted.

This is because 43% of the British public don’t know anyone who is disabled and therefore are simply unaware of the challenges they encounter.

The truth is, we need public support and understanding to affect change and make a lasting difference to the way disabled children, young people and their families are treated in society. In order to achieve the change we need, we will bring the realities of their lives closer to people across England.

We will do this by revealing the part of their lives that the public do not see.
