Last week we went Richmond Park and the Isabella Plantation.
The plantation is encircled by a iron fence to keep out the herds of deer and its famous for its wonderful displays of Rhododendrons and Azalea plants.
It was too early in the season and only a few plants were in bloom, but later in the month the whole place will be a display of colour.
The plantation also has many ancient trees, two large ponds teeming with wildlife and large areas of various types of heather. It is a wonderful place to visit.
This week I am back to my drama and dance classes; it was great to be with my friends again. We are a all still observing the covid rules.
Stay safe everyone, Kate.
