Looking after your health is really important. Your doctor can help you look after your health.

You should have an Annual Health Check every year with your doctor.

The DSA has made a Health Book to take to your health check. Your Health Book can help you and your doctor look after your health. Download your Health Book

Every adult with Down’s syndrome who is a DSA member has a Health Book sent to them by post.
