Bethan – My Story
My name is Bethan
I like to do more dancing.
I like to do more choreographies. I would like to get a job that involves organising film projects and taking part.
I dance with other people in Corali and there are 18 people altogether in the class.
I dance every Wednesday mornings. Sometimes Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays if I have workshops.
I like to keep fit and build more stamina. When I dance I feel happy, excited, fantastic and I feel good in myself.
In dance my best thing is to get more confidence, getting more skills and trying out new challenges.
I like dancing with other people in Corali and I like dancing with music.
I am an active person.

Thyroid disorders are significantly more common in people with Down’s syndrome. Thyroid dysfunction can result in a wide range of symptoms and affects a wide range of body functions. It is therefore important for all people with Down’s syndrome to have yearly blood tests throughout their life. In most people the thyroid dysfunction is easily treatable.
