About Down's Syndrome : Matthew

19Matthew at work 3My name is Matthew. I go to college five days a week but I wanted to do a job too.

I love being around people and working in a team. I like helping people too so I thought I could do a good job at Costa Coffee.

I clear the tables, re-fill the condiment unit, fill the dishwasher, and make sure that the café is always spotlessly clean.

I am really happy to have the chance to work here and improve my skills. The staff here have helped me to do my job correctly. I feel like part of the team and I am treated like part of the team.
