Education Support Packs

The UK Down's Syndrome Education Consortium have created two new packs, spliting the orignal award winning Mainstream Education Support pack into two separate comprehensive education resources tailored for front line educators.  To order the relevant pack, please click on the title under each pack.  We have also updated the Education Support CD Rom to include all four packs, all our education leafleats and a vast selection of worksheets, assessment guides, software, timetables and much more - the CD Rom is currently only available with hardcopies of the support packs.

Primary Pack (2011) - 10 units covering effective strategies of inclusion, language skills, reading, writing and numeracy skills, successful transition and computers as an aid to learning. Accompanied with the ALL NEW Education Support CD Rom for schools. Secondary Pack (2011) - 12 units, covering language skills, reading, writing and mueracy skills as well as behaviour and social skills, transition to secondary and the 14+ review, alternative accreditation at Key Stage 4 and relationships.  Accompanied with the ALL NEW Educations Suuport CD Rom for schools.

Special Schools Pack (2002) - A comprehensive guide for pupils with Down's syndrome in special schools. Accompanied with the ALL NEW Education Support CD Rom for Schools. Further Education Pack (2009) - NASEN Award Winning 2009, this is a comprehensive guide for students with Down's syndrome in further education.  Suitable for these teaching in sixth forms, higher education and specialist colleges.  Also very helpful for thise supporting work placements, vocationsl training, apprenticeships and similar schemes. - Accompanied with the ALL New Education Support CD Rom for Schools.
