Adult Health Book – We need your help

In April 2013 we would like to post 250 copies of our easy read health book to adults with Down's syndrome, families and carers of adults with Down's syndrome and GPs as part of a pilot project. We would like to know what you think of the health book. Your feedback will help us to shape the finished product which we will post to our 3000 adult members with Down's syndrome in 2014.
