Type and Cost of Membership I am a person with Down's syndrome. You may choose: Free Lifetime Membership (if you are 18 years or over) Or: Standard annual subscription in the range of £4 to £15 (GBP)
How will you make your donation? I would like free membership Available for life for adults with Down's syndrome. You must be over 18 years old. I would like to pay by standing order Please send me a standing order form (this cuts down our costs and allows us to spend more money on direct services) I will send a cheque or postal order After submission, you will be emailed a copy of this form - please send a printed copy together with your payment to our National Office. Please make cheques payable to 'Down's Syndrome Association'. We rely almost entirely on voluntary donations and membership subscriptions, so please give as generously as you can.
