Adult Support
For most of us, quality of life comes from friends, relationships, home, work or leisure activities which we enjoy, and good health. People with Down's syndrome are no different. These things should be available for everyone, whatever their level of need.
To get the right support for an adult who has Down's syndrome., please call the Helpline or have a look at various publications.
Services for people with learning disabilities are improving, but there is still much that needs to change. The DSA is part of the Learning Disability Coalition, which is campaigning for better services and stronger rights for people with learning disabilities.
