On a beautiful sunny evening in Kew Gardens the first ever My Perspective Awards took place.  Judge and patron, Emma Barton announced the winners on the evening and here they are:

The overall winner of My Perspective 2010 is Rory Davies with his picture, Sun.  Unfortunately Rory couldn't make it to the awards but he sent us a few words to read on his behalf:

'Thank you, I would like to meet you so that I could show you my photographs of some horses.  I like taking photographs because I love my family and my dog Bruno.  I like looking at the view through the camera.  I like using the camera, I like the way it works like a machine for your eye.  My photographs make me feel happy.  Winning the prize makes me feel happy, I feel like a winner.  Maybe one day I can win a prize for playing football.  We will have a party at home.  Love Roryx'
