Set yourself a challenge in 2010 - choose from one of the following fundraising
events or perhaps take part in all three!
Zany Zip: Saturday 20 March, Lurgaboy, Co. Armagh.
To celebrate World Down's Syndrome Day this event which incorporates two fantastic challenges in one this is not for the faint-hearted!
Take the ‘Leap of Faith'- spring from a ‘wobbly pole' at a height of 14 metres to reach a trapeze bar suspended in front of you and then afterwards enjoy the exhilaration of ‘Ireland's longest zip-wire' (375m).

Registration costs just £20 and we ask that participants pledge to raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship. Places are strictly limited so early booking is advisable.

Donard Challenge: Saturday 12 June, Newcastle.
For the second year in a row we are asking you to join us when we take on the Donard Challenge. Slieve Donard is the highest peak in the Mourne Mountains (853m) situated only 3 km from the sea. With spectacular views of the coast and as far as Belfast on a clear day, this sponsored walk is a must for all!
There is a registration fee £25 and we ask that you raise as much as you can. If you manage to raise more than £100 then you get your registration fee back!
Scrabo Abseil: Saturday 2 October, Newtownards.
Scale the stoney sides of this famous Tower and witness some of the most beautiful views of the North Downs. The Scrabo Tower stands at 135ft and is one of Northern Ireland's most famous landmarks.
Sign up today! Registration costs just £40 and we ask that participants pledge to raise a minimum of £150 in sponsorship. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
