The Donard Challenge
Donard Challenge 2009 achieved its target of £10,000! A HUGE thank you to all those who took part, raised money, sponsored participants or made donations, ensuring that this event was a great success.
Special thanks to Christine Bleakley who launched the walk and completed the first part of the journey with a group of seven young adults all of whom have Down's syndrome but very ably demonstrated that this is no barrier to taking part. We look forward to doing it all again... keep your diaries clear for Saturday 12 June 2010 when Down's Syndrome Association takes to the hills again for another Donard Challenge!
