'Down' at the Black Box

rory_faithfieldTwo Aussies and an Irishman; Phil Davidson, Rory Faithfield and Gary Bradley come to together as three uniquely gifted singer/songwriters to provide an international music special in aid of the Down's Syndrome Association in Northern Ireland.

Phil, who emigrated to Oz from Belfast at the age of 10, was signed to ABC/Universal on the back of the autobiographical ‘Belfast Boy', voted online as the best song about Belfast alongside Simple Minds ‘Belfast Child'. ‘Belfast Boy' and ‘Ballymena Agnes' can be regularly be heard on the Radio Ulster playlist, and if you have heard them, you'll remember them. www.phildavidson.net 

Rory, has recently been touring Europe promoting his fourth solo album ‘Songs For Sooner', described in the Sydney Morning Herald as ‘sublime' and ‘heart stoppingly beautiful'. A musical troubadour, Rory's sense of melody and turn of phrase is sure to delight. www.faithfield.com

Gary, hailing from the not so distant reaches of Dromore, County Down, has a long history in the local music industry, from writing and performing solo and in various bands to, teaching and mentoring young musicians.
